Benefits are classified into three tiers:
Type A (Full): Tuition waiver, free on-campus accommodation (or RMB 500/month subsidy), and monthly stipend.

Type B (Partial): Tuition waiver and free on-campus accommodation (or RMB 500/month subsidy).

Type C (Tuition): Full tuition waiver only.

Other Welfare: All categories include comprehensive medical insurance in China.

Requirement

Assessment: Applicants must complete the China Scholarship Council Assessment (CSCA).

Academic Merit: Strong academic record (Avg 85%+ or CGPA 3.5+) is required.

Language Proficiency: HSK 4-5 for Chinese-taught; IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent for English-taught programs.

Identity: Non-Chinese citizen, Malaysian passport holder, meeting all health and age requirements.

Pre-admission: Must obtain an official Pre-admission Letter from UIBE.
