Scholarship

To assist students from the B40 group, low-income households, or those with special needs at Southern University College. The maximum amount awarded is RM10,000 per student, given in the form of a tuition fee deduction. The final amount is determined based on the applicant’s family background.

a. PhD programme - up to RM10,000 per annum
b. Master's programme - up to RM13,000 per annum
c. Bachelor's Degree - up to RM15,000 per annum
d. Diploma - up to RM10,000 per annum
e. Foundation - up to RM8,000 per annum

a. is a Malaysian citizen.
b. is an enrolled Southern UC full-time student.
c. Comes from Group of B40, low-income household in need of financial assistance, or is a student in special
need.
d. Must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0 or above every semester
e. Must not receive other scholarships, bursaries or financial aids from other institutions, or organisations
(PTPTN excluded).
f. Two guarantors are required (One should not be the parents).
g. The second guarantor needs to be under the age of 55 and has no bankruptcy or legal record.
