Introduction

SIM Global Education (SIM GE) is the leading private education institution in Singapore. It offers more than 80 academic programmes ranging from its own diploma and graduate diploma courses to Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes with top ranking and reputable universities from Australia, Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States.

With an enrolment of about 16,000 full and part-time students and adult learners from over 40 countries with about 30% being full-time international students, SIM GE’s holistic learning approach and culturally diverse learning environment aim to equip students with an all-rounded global education.

Academic Excellence and Leadership
Awards are granted to outstanding students who have achieved academic excellence and demonstrated leadership qualities both in and outside the classroom.

Sports and Artistic Talent
Awards are granted to athletes who possess an impressive track record of achievement in sports or individuals with outstanding artistic talents.

TENURE OF SCHOLARSHIP
The scholarship is tenable for the minimum period required to complete the full course of study, as stipulated by the programme.

VALUE OF SCHOLARSHIP
The award covers the following:
• 100% course fees
• examination fees
• other compulsory fees
• book allowance

There is no bond attached to the scholarship.

SIMGE Diploma Scholarship for International Students

Benefit

The SIM Global Education (SIM GE) Diploma Scholarship is awarded to outstanding international students to pursue Diploma programmes awarded by SIM at SIM GE:
1. Diploma in Accounting
2. Diploma in Banking & Finance
3. Diploma in International Business
4. Diploma in Management Studies
5. Diploma in Information Technology

The award covers 100% course fees only. The amount will be sponsored in Singapore dollars. There is no bond attached to the Scholarship.

Requirement

ELIGIBILITY
... New international students pursuing Diploma programmes awarded by SIM at SIM GE
... Outstanding academic results in high school or Year 12 equivalent qualifications
... Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

All shortlisted candidates will undergo an interview conducted in English by the SIM GE Diploma Scholarship Selection Panel. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
SIM GE reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the SIM GE Diploma Scholarship without prior notice.
