Raffles College of Higher Education (Kuala Lumpur) was established in 1994 and is part of Raffles Education Corporation.

Since establishing its first college in Singapore in 1990, Raffles has grown to operate 19 colleges in 18 cities across 12 countries in Asia-Pacific, and Europe.
