Oskano Academy is an academy located in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. We focus on training our students to become preschool teachers in Singapore by providing Early Childhood Education (ECE) courses with Singapore standards. We are also the only ONE academy offering students a (ECE) TRAIN-WORK programme in Malaysia.

Our founder, Joddy, when she was young, could not complete her university easily due to financial problems. So she decided to create the idea of "TRAIN-WORK" programme. The idea of this program is to ensure every student deserves a chance to go to university/college without worrying about financial problems. Therefore, the TRAIN-WORK programme not only allows students to work while studying, but also earn a minimum income guarantee to ensure that students are able to pay for all the courses and living expenses independently without relying on their families, and develop their careers as preschool teachers in Singapore in the long run.

With the assistance and arrangement of Reed Manpower Services (Accredited by MOM), the exclusive partner of TRAIN-WORK in Singapore, all students who joined the TRAIN-WORK programme will enter Singapore and start a preschool teaching career legally. Reed has collaborated with two-thirds of preschools in Singapore (Over 500 Preschools) across the island.

In addition to having such excellent international partners, Oskano Academy also cooperates with a well-known local national university, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTMSPACE), to ensure that students receive high-quality education during their study to fulfil our mission "Provide the highest quality education and training to empower our learners to acquire the skills and knowledge they need to excel and be valued by industry and community." Graduation with our qualifications will have a huge advantage in applying for permanent residents of Singapore.
