Introduction

Melaka Manipal Medical College (MMMC) is a renowned private medical institution with a hallmark of academic excellence and an enviable track record in providing quality medical education.

MMMC has been the single largest contributor of doctors to the Malaysian healthcare system. Since the college’s inception in 1997, the college has steadfastly adhered to its commitment to improve the healthcare system in Malaysia by providing access to a range of medical courses delivered by the renowned Manipal University in India.

The medical and dental programmes at MMMC are carried out in collaboration with the esteemed Manipal University, India (formerly known as Manipal Academy of Higher Education) established in July 1993 when its professional colleges were granted university status, making it the first institute in the private sector to be recognised as a deemed university by the government of India.

1. Full Scholarship：
- A's in the core subjects (Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics) and meeting the minimum grades in other entry requirement subjects

2. Half Scholarship:
- 6A's in any subject and meeting the minimum grades in other entry requirement subjects

50% tuition fee scholarship off total programme tuition fee

Requirement

- Academic excellence equivalent to minimum A-Level grades of 3A or CGPA 3.6 from STPM, Matriculation/ other recognized qualifications, whereby the CGPA is calculated from required subjects under entry requirements
- Meet all entry criteria for admissions, including SPM
- Holds an Offer of Study for MBBS and BDS from Melaka-Manipal Medical College
- Provisional offer-holders will be accepted, and Scholarship will only be awarded upon conversion of the offer to an Unconditional Offer

- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a Scholarship interview, conducted by panel to be determined by MMMC, chaired by MMMC's Chief Executive.
