Fooyin University was founded upon the principles of caring and human health by Dr. Chang Peng-Tu in 1958, and has since been guided by our vision and unwavering commitment to professional excellence. With a combination of hard work and humility, we have persistently kept building upon our achievements, as the sustained development of our school over more than half a century bears witness.
Fooyin University currently consists of the School of Nursing, the School of Medical and Health Sciences, the School of Environment and Life Sciences, and the College of Humanities and Management. Approximately 10,000 students are enrolled at present.
At present, our major fields of study include nursing, medical technology, nutrition, infant education, elderly care, environmental engineering, biotechnology, tourism & recreation, and cultural creativity.
