The white screen studio, the only one in Southern Malaysia features plenty of industrial-grade equipment that grants students access to study and practice for class.
The Channel 7.1 Dolby®️ Digital Cinema which fits around 70 people offers great audio and visual impact which allows students to enjoy movies and film creations of their own from the comfort of the academy’s very own digital cinema.
The sound recording studio features professional sound recording set equipment and facilities; providing a great starting point for students to produce high-quality audio for their animation, advertisement, and film artworks.
Camou Academy of Media Arts is ranked among the world’s Top 50 Creative Schools (The Rookies Global Top 50 Creative School) and is the only design academy that has been awarded the Sin Chew Education Award as it provides full-fledged media training with 8 aspects of design skillset and practical techniques to be applied in workplaces.
Furthermore, Camou Academy embodies a faculty team with members possessing oversea working experience, expertise in filmmaking, video production, and animation. They have served many international brands including Nvidia, Starbucks, Nike, Adidas, etc.These experiences play a major role in molding students into a competent learner as students will learn the latest industrial skills and knowledge from the faculty team; gaining and then, unleashing their potential and skills in the workplace after graduation.

On top of that, it meets the needs of students when it comes to hands-on and a more practical learning environment. Therefore, Camou Academy has invested in industrial-grade campus facilities and equipment such as a photography studio, sound recording room, cinema, equipment rental house, and many more. Students are able to fully utilize the equipment to enhance their learning experience to achieve a better understanding by applying concepts learned with unlimited access during their studies.
Since 2018, Camou Academy has partnered with different organizations and companies to provide a pathway and nurture a better media career for students; leveraging the studying experience. The academy continues to improve by moving forward to build an "ecosystem" in the media industry. It aims to create an impact on the media design industry all around Johor Bahru and even provide more job opportunities for students; allowing them to venture into new skills and possibilities in the Xifang Academy of Art (first performing arts institute in Malaysia) in collaboration with Terrence Cao, a Singaporean Artist, Johor Film Association (JFA), and Camwerkz Malaysia (largest film equipment rental house in Johor). Moreover, Camou Academy also provides its very own youth incubation program to produce outstanding graduates as they embark into the entrepreneur world.
