Axismatics Professional Institute was established in October 1996 by a group of well-known academic, entrepreneurs and professionals in Malaysia. Our mission is to offer professional programmes which equip our students with fundamental skills and knowledge to become entrepreneurs who possess positive spirit, essential substance, and nature of entrepreneurship.

Since its inception, Axismatics has been the only Institution in Malaysia offering the Fellow of British Dispensing Opticians (FBDO) Program. Under the Malaysian Optical Act 1991, Malaysians with FBDO qualification could register themselves with the Ministry of Health’s Malaysian Optical Council to practice as “Registered Optician” in Malaysia.

As of today, we have 1371 students have graduated from our Institute, and all of them have been well rewarded in their employment either in individual optical outlets or in many established optical chain store groups.

The FBDO programme can be completed in 2.5 years. The entry qualification is SPM / UEC, with 1 credit in Math or other Science subjects. We also offer scholarships and study loans for eligible and needy students. There are three intakes a year: January, April, and July.

Besides FBDO, we also offer Diploma in Business Administration, Diploma in Marketing Management and Diploma in Human Resource Development. The entry requirements is 3 credits in SPM, UEC or any other equivalent academic result.
