(1) STPM - Grade C in 2 relevant subjects listed in Schedule A
(2) A Level - Grade D in 2 relevant subjects listed in Schedule A
(3) UEC - Grade B in 5 relevant subjects listed in Schedule A
(4) TAR UMT - Foundation in Arts (Track A) OR Diploma accredited by MQA
(5) Other IHL- Foundation /Diploma accredited by MQA

Compulsory subjects:
i) (1), (2), (3) and (5) must include SPM Pass/O Level Grade E/UEC Grade C in English Language*
ii) (1), (2), (3) and (5) must include SPM Credit/O Level Grade C/ UEC Grade B in one mathematics subject#

*Grade C and above in English Language conducted by TAR UMT is accepted as having fulfilled the English Language requirement for applicants who fail English Language at SPM/O Level/UEC.

#Grade B and above in General Mathematics conducted by TAR UMT is accepted as having fulfilled the Mathematics requirement for applicants with a pass in SPM/Grade D or Grade E (pass) in O Level/Grade C in UEC in the required Mathematics subject.

Note:
a) Students without a credit in SPM Bahasa Melayu are required to pass Bahasa Kebangsaan A before the award of Bachelor Degree.
b) TAR UMT Diploma will be accepted on credit transfer into Bachelor Degree programmes.
c) Equivalent qualifications/qualifications from other Institution of Higher Learning (IHL) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
d) Subject to the Ministry of Education latest requirements.
