入学资格

(1) STPM - Grade C in 2 relevant subjects
(2) A Level - Grade D in 2 relevant subjects
(3) UEC - Grade B in 5 relevant subjects
(4) TAR UMT - Foundation in Computing OR Relevant Diploma (with minimum CGPA 2.5000)^
(5) Other IHL -Foundation relevant accredited by MQA OR Relevant Diploma** (with minimum CGPA 2.5000)^ AND SPM Credit/O level Grade C in Mathematics/ UEC Grade B in one mathematics subject

Compulsory subjects:
(1), (2), (3) and (5) must include SPM Credit in Additional Mathematics OR O Level Grade C in Mathematics-Additional OR UEC Grade B in one mathematics subject

Student who do not have at leat a pass in English Language (SPM/O level/UEC) must attend TAR UMT Essential English Skills course during their first semester in the programme

OR

(1) STPM - Grade C in one Mathematics and one science/ICT subject (Science Stream)
(2) A Level - Grade D in one Mathematics and one science/ICT subject

Student who do not have at leat a pass in English Language (SPM/O level/UEC) must attend TAR UMT Essential English Skills course during their first semester in the programme

OR

(1) STPM - Grade C in 2 relevant subjects
(2) A Level - Grade D in 2 relevant subjects
(3) UEC - Grade B in 5 relevant subjects

Compulsory Subjects:
(1), (2), and (3) SPM Credit/O Level Grade C in Mathematics and one science/technology/engineering subject
(1), (2), and (3) Grade C in Mathematics conducted by TAR UMT

Student who do not have at leat a pass in English Language (SPM/O level/UEC) must attend TAR UMT Essential English Skills course during their first semester in the programme

^ Graduates with CGPA 2.0001 - 2.4999 are required to sit and pass a Qualifying Test.

Note:
a) Students without a credit in SPM Bahasa Melayu are required to pass Bahasa Kebangsaan A before the award of their Bachelor Degree.
b) TAR UMT Diploma will be accepted on credit transfer into Bachelor Degree programmes.
c) Equivalent qualifications or qualifications from other Institutions of Higher Learning (IHL) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
d) Subject to the Ministry of Higher Education's latest requirements.
