(1)SPM - 3 Credits in the relevant subjects which must include one Mathematics subject
(2)O Level - 3 Grade C in the relevant subjects which must include one Mathematics subject
(3)UEC - 3 Grade B in the relevant subjects which must include one Mathematics subject
(4)Certificate - Relevant Certificate accredited by MQA and SPM Credit/O Level Grade C/ UEC Grade B in one mathematics subject AND SPM Credit/O Level Grade C/ UEC Grade B in Bahasa Melayu/ Malay Language OR English Language where minimum SPM Pass/O Level Grade E(Pass)/UEC Grade C in the other subject is required

Compulsory subject:
(1), (2) and (3) must include SPM credit/O Level Grade C/ UEC Grade B in Bahasa Melayu/ Malay Language OR English Language where minimum SPM Pass / O Level Grade E (Pass) / UEC Grade C in the other subject is required

Note:
a) Students without a credit in SPM Bahasa Melayu are required to pass Bahasa Kebangsaan A before the award of Diploma. This is applicable for students who have at least O Level Grade C or UEC Grade B in Malay Language but did not take SPM Bahasa Melayu.
b)SPM holders from Year 2013 onwards must also have at least a pass in Sejarah.
c) Equivalent qualifications/qualifications from other Institution of Higher Learning (IHL) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
d)Subject to the Ministry of Education latest requirements.
