1.SPM with a minimum of five (5) credits including Mathematics and any two (2) relevant Science subjects (Biology/Chemistry/Physics) and a pass in English;
2.O-Level with a minimum of Grade C in five (5) subjects including Mathematics and any two (2) relevant Science subjects (Biology/Chemistry/Physics) and a pass in English at SPM;
3.Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with a minimum of Grade B in three (3) subjects including Mathematics and any two (2) relevant Science subjects (Biology/Chemistry/Physics) and a pass in English;
4.Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government
