i. A master’s degree Level 7, (MQF) in Chinese Culture, Chinese Ethnic, Chinese History, Chinese Philosophy, Chinese Literature, Chinese Filming, Chinese Education, Chinese Society, Chinese Humanity, Chinese Journalism, Chinese Economics, Chinese Politics, Chinese Religion or related fields accepted by Southern UC Senate;
OR

ii. Other qualifications equivalent to a master’s degree (Level 7, MQF) recognised by the Government of Malaysia.
OR

iii. Candidates without related qualification in the field/s or working experience in the relevant fields must undergo appropriate prerequisite courses determined by Southern UC.
