• Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM): Pass with two full passes in 2 subjects and with a credit in Mathematics at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level

• Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM): Pass with a minimum Jayyid Rank in 2 subjects and with a credit in Mathematics at the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level

• Unified Examination Certificate (UEC): Pass with at least grade B in five (5) subjects including Mathematics

• General Certificate of Education Advanced (”A”) Level: Pass A-Level/New South Wales Higher School Certificate (NSW HSC) with passes in 2 subjects

• Matriculation / Foundation:

Pass QIU foundation in Business/Science Programmes with CGPA ≥ 2.0; OR

Pass South Australian Matriculation Programme (SAM)/ Australian Matriculation Programme (AUSMAT)/ University of New South Wales (UNSW) Foundation/ Monash University Foundation Year (MUFY)/ Canadian International Matriculation Programme (CIMP)/ Canadian Pre-University (CPU); OR

Pass Matriculation/ Foundation/ Asasi from any IPTA/ IPTS/Institution that is allowed to offer pre-university programme with a minimum CGPA of 2.00

• Recognised Diploma in a related field:

Pass Diploma in a related field of study with a minimum CGPA of 2.5. Candidates with CGPA below 2.5 but above 2.0 may be admitted subject to rigorous internal assessment process; OR

Pass Diploma in any other field with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 and with a credit in Mathematics at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia SPM (or equivalent) level

• Other Qualifications:

Pass International Baccalaureate with average grade point ≥ 2.0 based on three advanced level subjects. A minimum total point is 20, excluding bonus points; OR

Other qualifications will be assessed based on Senate’s recommendation and referred to MQA for approval on a case by case basis.
