1. The invoice for the Student Placement Fee will be sent to all participating institutions upon enrollment of the students who have paid their tuition fee for the first semester in full, and the payment should be made payable to FSI Center Sdn. Bhd. within 30 days from the invoice date. (for students placement service only)
2. FSI Center Sdn. Bhd. and FSI Online Sdn. Bhd. are indemnified against all claims, actions, suits, demands, losses, costs and expenses in respect of the information provided by the participating institutions.
3. FSI Center Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to reject or cancel any subscription of service without explanation, notwithstanding acceptance of payment.
4. Neither party will assume liability for, or be deemed liable as a result of, any such action by the other party. Neither party will be liable by reason of any act or omission of the other party in the conduct of its business or for any resulting claim or judgment.
5. Nothing in this subscription of service is intended to establish or authorise either party as an agent, partner, legal representative, joint venture,franchisee, employee, or servant of the other for any purpose. Neither party will make any contract, agreement, warranty, or representation on behalf of the other party, or incur any debtor other obligation in the name of the other party, or act in any manner that has the effect of making that party the apparent agent of the other.
6. FSI Center Sdn. Bhd. has the absolute discretion to add and/or modify any of the terms and conditions as FSI Center Sdn. Bhd. deems fit within seven days from the date of the written notice. And the said additional and/or modified terms and conditions shall become part of the Terms and Conditions of the subscription.
