The major of Electrical Engineering and Intelligent Control is a new major approved in 2017, which is a strong initiative of the university to adapt to the urgent demand for high-level professional

talents in the field of intelligent manufacturing for economic and social development and to realize the transformation to application-oriented. The major has an appropriately sized, reasonably

structured and highly qualified faculty. With the financial and material support of the university and the professional guidance from sister institutions and enterprises, a complete range of practical

teaching facilities and equipment and engineering training platforms have been established to meet the needs of teaching and research.

Major Subjects

Circuits, electromagnetic fields and waves, analogue electronics, digital electronics, power electronics, electrical engineering, automatic control theory, relay protection for power systems, process control and automation instrumentation, design of power electronic devices and systems, intelligent control technology, etc.
