We have introduced an international team to carry out research in basic forest biology and published a series of papers in Top journals such as Science, Cell and PNAS, discovering for the first time

the mechanism of photoactivation and deactivation of plant blue light receptors, establishing for the first time a genetic transformation system based on the nutritional organs of mahogany, inventing

a gene editing system that can manipulate the endogenous genes of bamboo, and breaking through the technical bottleneck that restricts the genetic engineering breeding of bamboo.
