01 Municipal engineering mapping and surveying: mainly including spatial data acquisition and processing, three-dimensional spatial modelling and application, remote sensing technology theory and methods, spatial positioning data analysis and application, GNSS technology and application, marine mapping and remote sensing.
02 Municipal Information Management: Mainly includes the key technologies of disaster monitoring, big data analysis, evaluation and modeling prediction, theory and methods of land and resource information, traffic information acquisition and processing, urban traffic planning and management, navigation and location services.
03 Municipal design and smart city: mainly including the acquisition and analysis methods of smart city information, integration and integration theory of smart city information, smart city information sharing framework, design and implementation of smart city information system, coastal zone planning, etc.
04 Water Treatment Theory and Technology Direction: This direction focuses on interdisciplinary intersection and comprehensive treatment of water environment problems. In response to the increasingly serious and complex water environment problems, the academic background of engineering, chemistry, biology and water environment prevention and control disciplines will be utilised to carry out research work in the fields of drinking water and sewage treatment, solid waste resourceisation, membrane technology development and application and eutrophic water treatment technology through interdisciplinary and teamwork, so as to provide feasible and effective prevention and treatment technologies to solve the problems faced by human beings such as water shortage and ecological environment deterioration.
