Specialty

Food and drug safety is related to public health and social harmony. Strengthening food and drug supervision is an inevitable requirement to ensure food and drug safety, and an important element in

strengthening and innovating social management. As food and drug supervision is policy-oriented, professional and technical, building a high-quality, professional food and drug supervision team is

an important foundation for enhancing the capacity and level of supervision and ensuring food and drug safety. At present, the quantity and quality of food and drug supervision and management

personnel in China are far from meeting the needs of supervision work, and there is an urgent need to train highly qualified technical and skilled personnel who can engage in product quality testing,

safety control and food and drug supervision and management in the food/drug industry and related production lines.

Jiangsu Vocational College Agricul Ture and Forestry: food quality management, pharmaceutical quality management, food analysis and inspection technology, pharmaceutical analysis and inspection technology, instrument analysis, marketing technology, pharmacology and toxicology, pharmaceutical chemistry, microbiology and inspection technology, food processing technology, pharmaceutical preparation technology, organic and biological chemistry, inorganic and analytical chemistry, food chemistry and other professional foundation and core courses
Weifang Engineering Vocational College: food microbiology inspection technology, food sensory and physical and chemical inspection technology, food safety and quality control technology, pharmaceutical quality testing technology, GMP certification practice, pharmaceutical business quality management, etc.
