Entry Requirement

(a) Admission eligibility conditions must fulfill the requirements, equivalent to the intake of students at the main campus of USM.

(b) The admission to the Bachelor of Science (Housing, Building and Planning) (Honours) (Architecture) is as follows:

Must pass the Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM) / equivalent with credits in Bahasa Melayu / Bahasa Malaysia or credit in Bahasa Melayu / Bahasa Malaysia (Paper in July) and passed in the subjects of History;
AND
Have a Diploma from or a recognized equivalent by the Malaysia Government and approved by the IPTA Senate;
AND
A minimum CGPA of 3.00 or 2.75 CGPA of not less than one year of working experience (Include transcripts from semester one to semester finals and proof of working experience).
AND
A minimum of Level 2 (Band 2) in the Malaysian University Bahasa English Test (MUET) or equivalent qualification; upon graduation.
AND
Passed the drawing test and obtained an excellent grade in the interview.
